As we look back on 2025, we’re grateful for our residents, staff, neighbors, and extended community in Concord, Massachusetts and beyond. This year brought exciting momentum and meaningful changes for our future, as well as special, everyday moments on campus. Included in this blog are some highlights from another incredible year at Newbury Court!

Concord 250

Newbury Court residents participated in Concord’s parade for the 250th celebration of the Battle of Lexington and Concord. All aboard the Colonial Trolley!

Lighting the Historical Lantern

Newbury Court was honored to sponsor the Concord Museum’s replica of 1775’s “One if by Land, Two if by Sea” lantern preceding Paul Revere’s midnight ride to Concord. Residents took part in a ceremonial lighting.

Newbury Court Expansion

With the help of many Concord residents, Newbury Court passed a zoning petition at Concord Town Meeting for our recent land purchase to become a Continuing Care Retirement Overlay District. Here are a few photos of residents at Town Meeting and the land, which is located across the street from Newbury Court’s current campus.
